When you register, you are registering as a personal user of steptest.in or its allied sites. Access to registration areas is via your email address and password. THG allows you to access the registration areas of the site on the basis that:

THG reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice. Such subscription charged may also be on auto-renewal upon user selection and THG may not intimate the user on auto-renewal charges.

You agree to pay the fees for products/courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees.THG works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the product/course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (14) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.

If the product/course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 14 days of your purchase of the product/course, that THG refund your account. We reserve the right to refund at our discretion. Your refund may also be impacted by the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course (website or mobile app), statutory fees and taxes as well as other factors. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of THG, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. The copyright of content provided by content partners belongs to the content partners and has curated for use on this website. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If THG wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated from such date. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on steptest.in immediately.

The Courts in Chennai in India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts and applicable law will be Indian Law.
